stand firm

We can't do this life alone. We need God's strength + His power. We need to be strong in Him (Ephesians 6:10)

It's so important that we put every piece of armor mentioned in Ephesians 6 or the enemy will easily be able to get us. We need to be ready.
We need to actively prepare for battle every single day.
One of the best ways is through prayer, asking God for each piece of armor. Verse 18 says to pray always with prayer + supplication.

Prayer is one of the biggest pieces of the armor we can put on. I think that without prayer (a relationship with God) the other armor we have on won't really work.
We fight an invisible enemy & I think we can often forget that. We forget that we fight not against flesh + blood, but against spiritual wickedness.

Satan loves that we forget. We're an easy target that way.

We need to stand fearlessly and proclaim TRUTH so that Satan's lies become scarce.
So let's put on the full armor of God each morning so that when the enemy creeps in we are ready to do battle.

"And having done all to stand, stand, therefore, having girded your waist with truth." Ephesians 6:13-14

BE STRONG IN THE LORD. STAND FIRM. ✨
