strawberry + cream pudding cookies | recipe

These are my FAVORITE cookies. They literally are the bomb. I could just eat one after another!! ;)

Here's the recipe:
1 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons Stawberry Jello
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box vanilla pudding
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag white chocolate chips (you can also use peppermint crunch [half a bag] instead of white chips)

Cream butter, sugar, jello, eggs, and vanilla. Mix flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
Mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips. Spoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350* for 9-11 minutes. {Makes 5-6 doz}
You can dip them in milk or....
If you're like me and don't like milk, just eat 'em by themselves!

I'm sure you will fall in love with these cookies like my family did!! I hope you all enjoy baking them!

  2. Ok so I may or may not have made these, just a few hours after seeing this post ;) Mine turned out really pink for some reason?! They are really good but they dont look the same as yours. All the same, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the recipe :) Your chocolate chip oatmeal peanut butter cookies have been a family favorite for many months as well. Several people have asked for the recipe after tasting them :)

    1. Oh, I'm glad you tried them!! They do turn out pink because of the strawberry jello. These pictures didn't show their true color. :)
Glad you enjoy the other recipe!

  3. These sound wonderful! Just curious for the strawberry jello...should it be made jello or just the powder?
